Great lunch spot on our day trip around Cabot Trail. Food was fantastic and staff were amazing. My father in law thinks this is the best Chowder on the trail! My mother in law loved the salad amazed by the fresh dressing;)

Fantastic spot to get lunch on the Cabot Trail, with some of the best mussels I've ever had. Damn good lobster roll as well, perfectly cooked breaded with a slight char on the outside, soft on the inside and buttered lobster. Poutine was decent but definitely not the star of the show. Great drinks and service here as well, very homey atmosphere here. Don't think anyone can go wrong stopping here while on the Cabot trail.

Stopped here for lunch. I had the fish and chips and my husband had the smash burger. Excellent. Their fries reminded me of those my Mom made when I was young.

Very friendly service, warm atmosphere and amazing food. The mussels were wonderful and the haddock was so tasty and tender. We absolutely loved their Summer Salad with in-house Strawberry Vinaigrette and for dessert, their homemade Strawberry Shortcake. It brought back all my favourite childhood memories of summer vacations in the Maritimes. Portions were just right. Don’t miss Morrison’s - you’ll be so glad you stopped!

Morrison’s Restaurant was a delightful surprise, fresh, delicious food and friendly service in a cozy setting. Everything tasted homemade and full of flavour. And the coconut cream pie? Absolutely out of this world! It was the perfect way to end the meal. This spot truly feels like a hidden gem. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re driving the Cabot Trail!

Great spot! Great gluten free options for anyone who needs it and it looks like a restaurant inside which is very different from a lot of other places in the area. I had the smash burger with the gluten free bun. The coleslaw was surprisingly quite tasty and I’m not usually a fan of it. Lovely staff and they have Coke products which was not the norm for a lot places in the area. It’s canned soda but still, they were kind enough to give us some lemons. My friend enjoyed her chicken club. Update: we came back! I tried their pan fried fish and it was delicious. The beans were also great, molasses and sugar so it’s pretty sweet.
